PSG: After the failure in the transfer window, Galtier is preparing a revolution

The transfer window has closed, and on the PSG side, the results seem mixed, especially given the fact that no central defender signed during the summer. Milan Skriniar has long been Luis Campos’ top priority, but Inter Milan have been firm until the end. Which could change the plans of Christophe Galtier.
Once is not custom, it is especially in the direction of the departures that the PSG animated the transfer window this summer. In total, around twenty players have left the capital club, most in the form of loans. In the direction of arrivals, six new players have signed in Paris, namely Vitinha, Hugo Ekitike, Nordi Mukiele, Renato Sanches, Fabian Ruiz and Carlos Soler. But obviously that wasn’t enough to Christophe Galtier.

Skriniar did not sign for PSG
And for good reason, the coach of PSG has long hoped to see a new central defender who could have been Milan Skriniar. The Slovak international was the top priority of Luis Campos who obviously believed until the end that he would land. But the firmness of theInter-Milanwho demanded 80M€, finally derailed this transfer.
Towards a system change?
Therefore, according to The Parisian, Christophe Galtier would think about the idea of changing the system, at least occasionally. And for good reason, behind his trio Ramos–Marquinhos–Kimpembethe solutions are called Nordi Mukielewho was mainly recruited to be the understudy ofAshraf Hakimiand Danilo Pereira, training midfielder. Therefore, if one of the three holders has a physical glitch, the PSG could find a back four.
