When you schedule a Google Meet through Google Calendar, you can manage your guests directly from the Meet interface. See who you invited, their response status, their ratings, and whether you made them optional.
You can also open a Google Chat from Meet for attendees who haven’t yet shown up. You can check to see if they are coming or gently remind them that the meeting has started.

View calendar attendees in Google Meet
Instead of just seeing who’s joined your Google Meet, you can see who else you’ve invited and other details.
When Google Meet starts, select the participant icon in the bottom right.
This opens a sidebar on the right side that shows the call participants at the top and other people you’ve invited at the bottom.

You can also see their RSVP status on their icon. This way, you will immediately know who has accepted, who could join you and who has refused.

If the person attached a note to their invitation, you can also see it under their name.

For Google users you’ve invited, you can select the chat icon next to their name. This directly opens Google Chat to a conversation with that person.
This is a good way to remind them of the meeting or to let them know if they still plan to attend.
