For brushing your teeth to be effective, you first need a good toothpaste. In its latest issue, 60 million consumers looked into this question by sifting through several references.

And the conclusion is clear: some tubes should be set aside because their composition is considered too chemical. In the long run, some substances can have negative effects on health.
Conversely, the editorial staff singled out several brands. This is the case, for example, of the organic Soft tube from Carrefour (€2.05). It has an excellent quality/price ratio and its formula incorporates softer and less irritating substances than those commonly used. In addition, this tube is certified Cosmos Organic (Ecocert), a label which guarantees the absence of petrochemical ingredients (excluding authorized preservatives).
The editorial staff also recommends the Elgydium sensitive teeth toothpaste (€3.25) as well as the kids bi-fluoride gel for children aged 3 to 6 (€2.5).
