For long weeks, PSG has been negotiating with Inter Milan for the transfer of Slovak defender Milan Skriniar.
It has been almost a month since negotiations began between Inter Milan and Paris Saint-Germain for the transfer of Milan Skriniar. Since the start of discussions, the Italian club has been inflexible and despite its need to sell, it will not give Paris Saint-Germain any gifts. Luis Campos and Nasser Al-Khelaïfi are realizing this, as they struggle to finalize the arrival of Milan Skriniar. The latest information provided by the Inter Dipendenza site is not really reassuring. And for good reason, the media specializing in Inter Milan news reveals that Paris Saint-Germain has no intention of going up to more than 60 million euros and that consequently, the trend of the last few hours and to a status quo with a Milan Skriniar potentially staying at Inter Milan while PSG activate other leads in central defence.
The Milan Skriniar file completely blocked?
In its edition of the day, the Gazzetta dello Sport is a bit more optimistic for Milan Skriniar and Paris Saint-Germain. Indeed, the newspaper with the pink pages reveals that Luis Campos will have a new contact with the leaders of Inter Milan at the beginning of the week in the hope of advancing the file. But as indicated above, PSG is still standing firm with its offer of 60 million euros while Inter Milan is asking for 70 million euros. However, confidence would have returned to the Parisian camp after several days of silence and pessimism on the part of the two clubs. It remains to be seen who will take the first step and if a compromise will be found in order to finalize the departure of Milan Skriniar. For his part, the Slovak is waiting for the green light from the Nerrazzuri to join PSG, with whom he has already agreed contractually.
