Champions Trophy – Hugo Ekitike and the undesirables absent from the PSG group to face Nantes

The young rookie of Paris SG Hugo Ekitike, like several undesirables, was not retained in the Parisian group for the Champions Trophy against Nantes on Sunday (8:00 p.m.) in Tel Aviv, Israel, according to the list unveiled Friday by the club of the capital. Mauro Icardi is one of the 22 players selected, as are Pablo Sarabia and Arnaud Kalimuendo.

Injured in a thigh in June, the former striker from Reims (20 years old), on loan with an option to buy, will remain in France alongside players considered undesirable in the workforce of the French champion club. Among them are Georginio Wijnaldum, Ander Herrera, Julian Draxler, Layvin Kurzawa, Thilo Kehrer and Rafinha.

Kylian Mbappé will not be traveling to Israel either because he is suspended for the meeting. Neymar and Lionel Messi are well called, like the two other summer recruits, the Portuguese Vitinha and the French Nordi Mukiele, whose arrival was formalized on Tuesday. The young Warren Zaire-Emery (16) is also summoned.
