Barça: Torres to forget Koundé?

Considered FC Barcelona’s big goal in central defense, Sevilla FC player Jules Koundé is getting very seriously closer to Chelsea during this summer transfer window (see here). If the transfer of the French international to the Blues is confirmed, the Blaugrana already have a plan B: the talent of Villarreal Pau Torres (25 years old, 32 games and 5 goals in La Liga for the 2021-2022 season), according to the daily Marca this Thursday.

With just the Europa League Conference to be played with the formation led by Unai Emery, the Spanish international could be tempted by a departure during this transfer period. However, it is still an expensive file for the Catalan club because Torres has a release clause set at 60 million euros.
